The UK’s largest independent distributor of fuels and lubricants Certas Energy completed the acquisition of Q8Oils in the UK and Ireland on the 1st March 2021, expanding both its business and lubricants offer for customers.
Successfully purchased from Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), ranked as the world’s 7th largest oil company, Q8Oils is a leading manufacturer of premium lubricating oils, greases and metal working fluids to the industrial and power sectors, including a variety of applications for automotive, agriculture and marine customers across the world.
The sales, marketing and distribution business of Q8Oils branded lubricants, greases, and metal working fluids for the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland now forms part of Certas Energy Lubricants, a division of Certas Energy.
With Certas Energy Lubricants now officially an Authorised Partner of Q8Oils in the UK, Tony Stewart, Managing Director, European Lubricants, Certas Energy, commented: “Growing our brand presence is important.
